Welcome to FertilityJourney, run by Fertility Journey LLC ("we," "us"). By using fertilityjourney.org, you agree to these terms. We kept them short and readable on purpose.

1. We provide education, not medical advice

This comes first because it matters most.

FertilityJourney is an educational resource. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here can diagnose any condition. We help you understand options, timelines, costs, and questions to ask. Decisions about your health belong with you and a licensed clinician who knows your situation.

• Using this site does not create a doctor-patient relationship with us or with anyone whose work appears here.
• Content here is never a substitute for the advice of your doctor or another qualified health professional. Never delay or ignore professional medical advice because of something you read on this site.
• If you think you have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.

2. How our content is made, and what to do if we get something wrong

Every medical, cost, or success-rate claim on this site is cited to primary sources and labeled by strength of evidence. Our review process is described on our Trust & Transparency page, along with our corrections policy. If you spot an error, email contact@fertilityjourney.org. We take reports seriously and publish dated corrections.

3. Your use of the site

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse it, including attempting to break it, scraping it at scale, or misrepresenting our content as medical advice from us.

4. Our content and copyright

The original content on this site (articles, roadmaps, timelines, design) belongs to Fertility Journey LLC and is protected by copyright. You may share links freely and quote short excerpts with attribution. Republishing whole pages, or using our content commercially, requires our written permission. Third-party materials we link to belong to their owners.

5. Links to other sites

We link to outside resources, including research, organizations, and communities, because we think they help. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. A link is a pointer, not an endorsement of everything on the destination site. Some linked research sits behind paywalls we do not control.

6. No warranties

We work hard to keep content accurate, sourced, and current, and we publish dated corrections when we fall short. Even so, the site is provided "as is." We cannot promise it will always be available, error-free, or complete, and we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fertility Journey LLC, its owner, and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the effective date at the top and note the change on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
